| Lee joined TWG in 2004 and was promoted to Vice President in 2010. In early
2005 he worked to open the company's operations in the New York insurance
market and managed a sales team focused in that region. Later, he and another
partner led multiple sales teams focused on the New Jersey market. During
both phases, Lee contributed to training program development, recruiting, new
business development, and establishing supplier relationships. Throughout his
career he has developed and managed relationships with various institutional
lending partners, including client offices of Wells Fargo and Countrywide
Home Loans. As of 2007 he has transitioned more heavily into recruiting and
is responsible for much of TWG's recruiting strategy and directing our teams
at the universities where we seek talent. Before joining TWG, Lee worked as
a researcher and published work in the field of corporate social responsibility,
including an article in the distinguished Journal of Business Ethics. Lee is a
graduate of BYU's Marriott School of Management, where he graduated second
in his class, Magna Cum Laude with University Honors. He was also selected
as the University's Rhodes Scholar nominee in 2004. Lee speaks fluent Spanish
and enjoys spending time with his wife, Loralee, and their rambunctious toddlers.
