Client Associates (CA)
We are a talent-based organization. Given the trust our clients place in us, we are extremely selective in our recruiting. Interviews are currently being scheduled for both Client Associates and Account Service Associates. As we are growing very rapidly, we are always looking to add truly exceptionally talented individuals to our team. Most of our recruiting is done on leading university campuses. Criteria we use to evaluate Client Associate candidates will include:
- Outstanding intellectual capabilities: Exceptional performance at a leading university (the average GPA of our Client Associates exceeds 3.50)
- Have graduated or are on track to graduate within the next 9 months
- Second language skills are an asset
- Outstanding demonstrated interpersonal skills
- Strong evidence of leadership capability and sales capability
- Passion to build an industry leading company
- Exceptional team skills
- Desire to work hard in a truly meritocratic environment

Account Service Associates (ASA)
ASAs are also required to have a Bachelor's degree and a record of outstanding intellectual performance.
